Membrane Installation
Insulation board cut and installed with staggered joints. Membrane installed over insulation per manufacturer specs. All penetrations (pipes, vents, HVAC curbs) receive custom-fabricated flashing. Drains and scuppers cleared and properly connected to the new membrane system.
Final Inspection
Final roof inspection with drainage verification. Warranty paperwork provided. We recommend a maintenance plan to keep your flat roof performing and your warranty valid for its full term.

We install 60-mil and 80-mil TPO, fully adhered or mechanically attached over polyiso insulation.
Roof coatings can extend the life of an existing flat roof by 10-15 years for a fraction of replacement cost. Silicone coatings over TPO, EPDM, or metal work well when the existing membrane is still in decent condition.
